I never felt any pressure to make a choice; in fact, I know that if we had taken weeks to find the right home, she would have been equally wonderful and professional. Brenna's attention to detail did not stop after our offer was accepted. She impressed me by not only being present for the inspection but by asking excellent questions that I never would have thought of. She referred painters and contractors to me, came for their inspections, and helped me to choose the right one. There were lots of documents to sign, of course, and Brenna always emailed them to me immediately so I could review and sign them. Although the seller's agent was not easy to work with, Brenna smoothed over minor issues so I didn't have to deal with them. When all was finished and we were ready to take possession of the house, Brenna was as excited as we were. The only negative about working with Brenna is that you will miss her once your real estate transaction is done. I was thrilled when she came to visit after we were all moved in, and I look forward to keeping in touch with her in the future.
